Something Positive From Inscriptions

May 22nd, 2007

After all this time, someone has finally tried to do something positive with those annoying and destroying inscriptions on the inside pages of your best find.

I, for one, have found what I thought was a new car or a trip to Mexico sitting on the shelves of a thrift store, only to discover all of the value went “To My Loving Father, Happy Birthday!”.
My guess is the folks over at the Book Inscriptions Project are more interested in the peek of someone’s personal life rather than the resell value - and all the power to them! They are collecting some of the more choice inscriptions found on the boards of your books. I thought who better to help than us - at least we know someone wants and will appreciate them :)

Back In Action

May 20th, 2007

Heya!

Sorry there haven’t been any posts in the last couple of days. I had to go to LA for my day job to deal with a web hosting issue.

Now that I’m back, I will be able to get back to posting and responding to all your emails.

I love getting them! So please keep sending them :)
