A Buyer Is Looking for Textbook Sellers

August 4th, 2007

Denny Jones, an English teacher in Cambodia, contacted us to see if we knew of any good places for inexpensive textbooks.

I can’t think of a better group of people who may be able to benefit from assisting Denny than the BSOB readers :)

This is what Denny is looking for:

I am an English instructor and librarian for a Hospitality school in Cambodia.  We are in need of up-to-date reference and teaching materials.  Could you please investigate whether you can assist my school in securing the following publications?  And if so, the possible costs involved in shipping to Cambodia.

The following is a partial list of English language books and teaching materials I believe may be useful for our school and library.

Please note that I have tried to include the ISBN (International Standard Book Number) for each title to better facilitate any searches you may wish to conduct to find a suitable price and supplier.

I will be happy to offer additional requests upon your suggestion.

Sincerely,

Denny Jones

Have You Added Your Bookstore to AddAll?

July 31st, 2007

AddAll.com is another service that provides a central search for consumers when they’re looking for used and rare books.

You can suggest your online bookstore to their service here: Suggest Bookstore

One a user does a search, it will display the results. When the consumer decides to purchase the book, they are then directed to your site in order to complete the transaction.

I don’t know if this is a free service for booksellers, but it is definitely worth taking a look at. You know me, I can’t see having more people looking at your inventory as a bad thing ;)
